Pick one. Add lubricant to the spring/button area inside the magazine well. Push on the paddle release repeatedly to spread the lube. If this is a brand new PTR 9CT, a stiffer paddle will loosen up over time. You'll be putting in 50,000-100,000 rounds through it and working that paddle mag release lever until it needs a spring replacement even.
