The correct command was: pip install python-dotenv Maybe try googling "pip your-package-name" to find the PyPi page for your package and double check you are using the correct name? Try installing the tooling for the Rust programming language, because it seems like you have a dependency that uses Rust. For mac OS, I recommend using brew.. brew install rust
