I know i didn't follow the questions walgreens sends. What you will do depends on where you will work and what the rxm/sm expect from a rxom. Some rxom are just glorified techs with very little added responsibility. Mine was held to a higher standard.
Most in my area are making ~$23/hr. $26 new england. My rxom with the company 16 years is making $23. Senior tech with the company 21 years is making $23. My RxOM has been with WAG for 4 years and is getting $24.50. I'm making 22.50 and I've only been a tech for a year.
